Article 11:
Whenever the capacity of the premises exceeds 1000 or 100 spectators or attendants, there shall be an infirmary or first aid kit suitably equipped to provide first aid in case of accident or sudden illness. Its installation and provision of personnel, medicines and material will be in accordance with the sanitary provisions in force. The infirmary may be replaced by a medical bag and the presence of ambulances to carry out their duties in case of need.
